Lara Kaye ("Lara Kaye", "the artist", "her", "she") promotes and offers for sale her original artworks and other printed products with art created by Lara Kaye.

1. Privacy Policy
1.1 Email list subscription:
By subscribing to Lara Kaye’s Featured Design email list you agree to receive, via email, publications, updates, invitations to openings and events, and any marketing material relating to the artist’s activities. You will be entitled, at any time, to notify Lara Kaye of your desire to stop receiving such mailings.
Updates about Lara Kaye’s blog posts will be sent out at least once a week, but invitations and other marketing material may be published less or more frequently depending on the number of events.
The option to unsubscribe is included in every email. Alternatively, you may contact Lara Kaye to request to be removed from her email list.
Lara Kaye reserves the sole right to either modify or discontinue blog posts and emails at any time with or without prior notice to subscribers. Lara Kaye will not be liable to subscribers or any third party should she exercise such right.
Lara Kaye reserves the sole right to unsubscribe users from her email list without notice or supplying a reason for her decision.
ConvertKit requires all subscribers to confirm their email address upon registration. All subscribers will receive a message with a link to click in order to confirm their email address and their will to subscribe.

1.2 Exclusive Art subscription:
Payment for an Exclusive Art Subscription is processed by PayFast, who will share only a subscriber's name and email address with Lara Kaye.

1.5 Contact Forms:
If you fill in the contact form powered by Artweb, the details you enter will be sent to Lara Kaye's inbox so that she can reply to your email.
Information sent to Lara Kaye through her contact form is stored indefinitely.

1.6 Comments:
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata is retained indefinitely.

2. Exclusive Art Subscriptions
Pay R100/month to receive news once a month on the last Thursday about my EXCLUSIVE art, products, and discounts.
South African Rand R100 = +/- US$5
Subscribers can choose a custom number of subscription cycles. Quantity indicates the number of consecutive months you'd like to subscribe. Full payment will not be deducted monthly from your account but immediately.
Please leave your correct email address when prompted during checkout.
Subscriptions are non-refundable, and available to supporters worldwide.
Lara Kaye reserves the right to increase the price of subscriptions at any time without prior notice to current subscribers. This will not affect subscriptions that had already been paid for.
2.1 Payment Options
For Exclusive Art Subscriptions, payment is facilitated by PayFast and options include:

* Zapper
Exclusive Art Subscriptions are non-refundable.
3. Donation Giving Options
Ko-fi facilitates donations made to Lara Kaye, and you can give through your PayPal account, dedit card, or credit card.

All her artworks, including those displayed in her shops and elsewhere online, are copyright © Lara Kaye. All Rights Reserved.
The products in Lara Kaye's shops are available to purchase for personal use by the customer, not commercial use.
Corporate buyers may contact Lara Kaye for bulk purchases.
Most printed products are printed on demand.

Products printed in South Africa are offered only to buyers residing in South Africa, and are sold through Lara Kaye's Artweb site. Terms applicable to that site can be read here.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
You will be able to access links to purchase various goods and services offered online by other businesses—not by Lara Kaye—in certain places of this blog. Lara Kaye also uses affiliate links in some of the posts on her blog. Posts containing affiliate links will be clearly indicated. Lara Kaye will get paid an affiliate commission if you click an affiliate link and buy the product or service.
Regarding these items or services, Lara Kaye takes no responsibility for their standard, correctness, punctuality, or any other feature associated with it.
